TCC's FS run a dedicated field team which services a vast number of retail outlets with a reach so wide that FS caters to more than 10,000 stores nationwide.
The team on the ground interact with staff directly and therefore can easily build relationships with the management and sales staff, manage stock, quality control on merchandising and branding & train staff with up-to-date product information.
The field team work in real time, capturing all required information via PDA's with the ability to upload photos, staff signatures and GPS co-ordinates.*
The back office team are a crucial link between the client and the field team.
The back office team manage key components such as:
- all communication between TCC and the client
- business intelligence and reporting
- the outlet database
- the Call centre, who resolve all issues that the field staff are not able to resolve in call
- field equipment e.g. uniforms, pda's, laptops, business cards, CGC cards etc.

- Real time information reporting
- Geomapping interface
- Client mobi-site to retrieve specific outlet information whist in the field
- Manager's mobi-site for uploading courtesy calls
